Wade Taylor

                 Wade Taylor is a Broker/Associate with RE/MAX Parkside Real
                  Estate located in Paso Robles, California. He has over 30 years of
                  experience in the marketing and appraisal of complex agricultural
                  and commercial properties including vineyards, wineries/tasting
                  rooms, orchards and ranches. Wade specializes in the location,
                  marketing and sales of ranch type and income producing
                  properties.

                 Wade is a fourth generation Californian from a ranching and
                  farming family. He graduated from California Polytechnic State
                 University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural
                 Management and a minor in Animal Science. He has been
                  recognized as being one of the top producers of his office,
                 including having been awarded the “RE/MAX Hall of Fame
                 Award” and has extensive knowledge of properties within the
                 Central Coast Region of California.
